Refund Policy
How cancellations and refunds work for AppListingLab paid plans.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
1. Billing and reseller
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance by Paddle, our authorized reseller, who handles checkout, invoicing, payment collection, and applicable sales tax or VAT. Your receipt comes from Paddle, and Paddle is the merchant of record for the transaction. This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and Paddle's Buyer Terms.
2. Cancelling a plan
Cancel any time from Billing inside the app. Cancelling stops future renewals immediately, but does not end the period you have already paid for: you keep your plan's limits until the end of that billing period, then your account reverts to the Free plan automatically. There is no separate cancellation fee.
3. Refunds
- Subscription charges are generally non-refundable for the portion of a billing period already elapsed, including partial months and unused generations. Because Generated Assets are produced and delivered immediately on use, we do not prorate refunds for early cancellation.
- Billing errors — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge that does not match the plan you selected — are corrected in full. Contact us and we will investigate and issue a refund via Paddle where the error is confirmed.
- First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge if the paid plan did not work as described, by contacting us at info@digit-mind.com.
- Where applicable law grants you a mandatory right to a refund or withdrawal (for example, EU/UK consumer distance-selling rules), that right applies regardless of the above, to the extent required.
Approved refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Failed or disputed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend paid features until payment succeeds or you resubscribe; we do not delete Your Content for a failed payment alone. If you dispute a charge with your bank (a chargeback) instead of contacting us first, Paddle may suspend the associated subscription while the dispute is resolved.
5. How to request a refund
Email info@digit-mind.com with your account email and the reason for the request. We aim to respond within a few business days. You may also see Paddle's own contact options on your Paddle receipt email.
6. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy; changes appear on this page with an updated date and apply to charges made after the change.
